Tawa Pizza / ಕಾವಲಿ ಪಿಜ್ಜಾ / ಹೆಂಚಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಪಿಜ್ಜಾ  Pizza is the most favourite food of almost all. But due to the usage of oven and yeast most of them hesitate to prepare it. Here we have the recipe which doesn't use both of them. But yet gives the taste of the market style pizza. To be frank it tastes much better than market one. Do give it a try and share your opinion with us. Ingredients provided can Serve - Medium sized 4 pizza's. Fry it in medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes . Make it a coarse powder and keep a side.   Now take a same pan, add jaggery to it and also add water. This recipe is very great for lord Ganesha.   Ingredients Required : Jaggery - 3/4 cup Water - 3 tbsp Ghee - 1 tbsp Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup Yelachi - 1/4 tsp Avalakki / Poha (Thin) - 3 cup Method of Preperation : Initially take a tava, add jaggery to it and also add water. Boil till the jaggery dissolves.  Once jaggery is dissolved, add ghee, yelachi and grated coconut. Mix them well. Now add avalakki/ poha and mix them well. Here i have used rice flour to prepare kodubale. usually people will use rava. This recipe is very special for Lord Ganesha. Once it is boiled add sugar and mix them well. Let it boil until milk becomes half. Meanwhile take one pan add ghee to it and also add coconut, fry until its moisture goes or else if you have coconut powder you can use that . If your using coconut powder you don't want to fry it. You just make it hot. Now if your milk became half add these fried coconut or coconut powder. Leave it to boil 5 to 7 minutes or else till the coconut absorbs the milk. Halu Payasa | Rice Milk Payasa | ಹಾಲು ಪಾಯಸ  Best way to utilize left over rice and can satisfy the sweet craving easily in 15 minutes. Halu Payasa is traditinally made by cooking rice in milk. But just to make the process easier here i have used cooked Rice. Ingredients Required Milk - 4 Cups Rice - 2 Cup Sugar - 3/4 Cup Cashew - For Garnishing Cardomom powder - a Pinch Method of Preparation To a pan add milk and allow it to boil, then add rice to it and cook it for 5 minute in medium flame. After 5 minute stir it and cook it for another 10 minute or until milk evapourates. Now add sugar and mix it well. Get a boil again and add cardomom powder. After this, boil it for 5 minute in medium flame and garnish with cashew. Switch off the flame.
