Avocado ice cream recipe is tried in home it came very tasty. I have used milkmaid here. you can replace it by milk and sugar. Avocado also called as alligator pear or butter fruit, and also called as fruit of persea americana of the family Lauraceae, a tree native to the western hemisphere fro Mexico south to the Andean region. It will be in greenish or yellowish flesh with a buttery consistency. It is seasonal fruit. You may get more in July and august month. It is the only fruit that provides a substantial amount of healthy  monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA). Avocados has a vitamin C, E, K and B-6  as well as riboflavin, niacin, fol ate, magnesium and potassium. It has a very good omega - 3 fatty acids. Most of the people have low omega - 3 fatty acid content in there body. If you eat avocado that problem is over come. 

Ingredients Required

  • Fresh cream - 1 cup
  • Milk maid - 1 cup
  • Avocado fruit - 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Custard powder - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 3 to 5 tsp

Method of Preparation :

  • Take a mixi jar, add fresh cream, milkmaid, avocado, vanilla essence and custard powder.
  • Grind them to a fine paste.
  • If you feel, required more sweet add sugar and grind them well.
  • Now shift it to a air tight container.
  • Tap it, so that no air bubbles in it.
  • Keep in a refrigerator for 8 to 9 hours
  • Now your avocado ice cream is ready to serve. 

 ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು :

  • ಫ್ರೆಶ್ ಕ್ರೀಮ್ - ೧ ಕಪ್ 
  • ಮಿಲ್ಕ್ ಮೆಯ್ಡ್ - ೧ ಕಪ್ 
  • ಆವಕಾಡೊ ಅಥವಾ ಬಟರ್ ಫ್ರೂಟ್ - ೧ ಕಪ್ 
  • ವೆನಿಲ್ಲಾ ಎಸೆನ್ಸ್ - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಕಸ್ಟರ್ಡ್ ಪುಡಿ - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಸಕ್ಕರೆ - ೩ ರಿಂದ ೫ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 

ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ :

  • ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಮಿಕ್ಸಿ ಜಾರ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಫ್ರೆಶ್ ಕ್ರೀಮ್, ಮಿಲ್ಕ್ ಮೆಯ್ಡ್, ಆವಕಾಡೊ , ವೆನಿಲ್ಲಾ ಎಸೆನ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಸ್ಟರ್ಡ್ ಪುಡಿ ಹಾಕಿ ನುಣ್ಣಗೆ ರುಬ್ಬಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
  • ಸಿಹಿ ಇನ್ನು ಬೇಕು ಅಂತ ಅನಿಸಿದರೆ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ನುಣ್ಣಗೆ ರುಬ್ಬಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
  • ಈಗ ರುಬ್ಬಿದ ಮಿಶ್ರಣವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಗಾಳಿ ಹೋಗದ ಬಾಕ್ಸ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು. 
  • ನಂತರ ಅದನ್ನು ಗಾಳಿ ಎಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಹಾಗೆ ಟ್ಯಾಪ್ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. 
  • ಈಗ ಇದನ್ನು ಫ್ರಿಡ್ಜ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ೮ ರಿಂದ ೯ ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಇತ್ತು ತೆಗೆದರೆ ಐಸ್ ಕ್ರೀಮ್ ತಯಾರಾಗಿದೆ.
