Channa Dal  Pancha Kajjaya । ಕಡ್ಲೆ ಬೇಳೆ ಪಂಚಕಜ್ಜಾಯ । Kadle bele Pancha Kajjaya| Ganesha Chaturthi nivedya recipe 


Channa dal  pancha kajjaya is very simple recipe. Bachelor's also can prepare this recipe on ganesha festival day. This recipe is very great for lord Ganesha.  

Ingredients Required :

  • Jaggery - 3/4 cup
  • Water - 3 tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Kadle bele - 3/4 cup 

Method of Preperation :

  • Initially take a pan, add bengal gram to it. Fry it in medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes .
  • Make it a coarse powder and keep a side.  
  • Now take a same pan, add jaggery to it and also add water.
  • Boil till the jaggery dissolves. 
  • Once jaggery is dissolved, add ghee, and grated coconut.
  • Mix them well. Now addPodered bengal gram to it and mix them well.
  • Your bengal gram/ kalde bele  Pancha Kajjaya is ready to serve. 

ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು :

  • ಬೆಲ್ಲ - ೩/೪ ಕಪ್ 
  • ನೀರು - ೩ ಟೇಬಲ್ ಚಮಚ 
  • ತುಪ್ಪ - ೧ ಟೇಬಲ್ ಚಮಚ 
  • ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ತುರಿ - ೧/೨ ಕಪ್ 
  • ಕಡ್ಲೆಬೇಳೆ - ೩/೪ ಕಪ್ 

ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ :

  • ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಬಾಣಲೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಡ್ಲೆಬೇಳೆ ಹಾಕಿ ೩ ರಿಂದ ೪ ನಿಮಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಸಣ್ಣ ಉರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹುರಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. 
  • ನಂತರ ಅದನ್ನು ತರಿ ತರಿ ಯಾಗಿ ಪುಡಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. 
  • ಈಗ ಒಂದು ಬಾಣಲೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ನೀರು ಹಾಕಿ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಆನ್ ಮಾಡಿ. 
  • ಬೆಲ್ಲ ಕರಗುವ ತನಕ ಕುದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. 
  • ಬೆಲ್ಲ ಕರಗಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ತುಪ್ಪ, ಮತ್ತು ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ತುರಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. 
  • ಈಗ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪನೇ ಕಡ್ಲೆಬೇಳೆ ಹುಡಿ  ಹಾಕಿ ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಕಡ್ಲೆಬೇಳೆ ಪಂಚಕಜ್ಜಾಯ ತಯಾರಾಗಿದೆ.
