Kadle Chutney Pudi | Shenga chutney pudi | ಕಡ್ಲೆ/ ಶೇಂಗಾ ಚಟ್ನಿ ಪುಡಿ Ingredients Required Peanut - 1 Cup Channa Dal - 1/2 Cup Tamarind - Gooseberry sized Dry coconut - 2 Tbsp Red chilli (Byadagi) - 10 Curry leaves - 1/4 Cup Jaggery - 3 to 4 Tbsp Asafoetida / Hing - 1 Pinch Oil - 1 Tsp Method of Preparation Place a pan in gas, heat it, add ground nut and fry it until it changes it colors . Now allow it to cool down. To the same pan add channa dal and fry it in sim flame until it changes its color to light brown. Allow them to cool. To the same pan add 1 tsp of oil and add dried coconut and fry them for 2-3 minutes. Now add curry leaves and fry them until it becomes crisp and now add tamarind and fry them for a minute.
