Chapathi roll is a very simple snacks recipe. It is a combination of vegetables, chapati dough, and some masala powders. If guests come home you can do this recipe very quickly. Whichever vegetables are there in your home you can use. there is no specific that you should use particular vegetables. whichever you like you can use it. Kids are not having vegetables?? try this recipe. definitely, they will like it. Having chapathi roll or vegetable roll with sauce is very tasty. Try this recipe and give us feedback. 


Ingredients Required : 

  • Chapathi Dough - 1 Bowl
  • Onion - 1
  • Cabbage - 1 cup
  • Beans - 1/2 cup
  • Potato - 1 
  • Carrot - 1 cup
  • Peas - 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as per the taste 
  • Coriander leaves - 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp + for deep fry

Method of Preparation :

  • Initially Take a pan, add oil to it.
  • Once the oil is heated add onion, fry for a minute.
  • Now add carrot, cabbage, beans, peas, and potato, fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder and garam masala
  • Again fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Now add coriander leaves and mix well. Switch off the flame stuff is ready.
  • Now take a small portion of dough make a round shape, dip with wheat flour and flatten for a very thin layer.
  • Now fill the stuff inside the dough and make any shape you want.
  • Meanwhile, keep oil for deep fry.
  • Once the stuffed dough is ready to fry both the side. 
  • Now your chapathi role is ready to serve. 

ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು : 

  • ಕಲಸಿದ ಚಪಾತಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟು - ೧ ಬೌಲ್ 
  • ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ - ೧ 
  • ಕ್ಯಾಬೇಜ್ - ೧ ಕಪ್ 
  • ಕ್ಯಾರಟ್ - ಕಪ್ 
  • ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ - ೧
  • ಬೀನ್ಸ್ - ೧/೨ ಕಪ್
  • ಹಸಿ ಬಟಾಣಿ - ೧/೨ ಕಪ್ 
  • ಕೆಂಪು ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಅರಶಿನದ ಪುಡಿ - ೧/೨ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ದನಿಯ ಪುಡಿ - ೧/೨ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಪುಡಿ - ೧/೨ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಉಪ್ಪು - ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು 
  • ಗರಂಮಸಾಲ ಪುಡಿ - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು - ೩ ರಿಂದ ೪ ಟೇಬಲ್ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಎಣ್ಣೆ - ೨ ಟೇಬಲ್ ಚಮಚ + ಕರಿಯಲು 

ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ :

  • ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಬಾಣಲೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು. 
  • ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಬಿಸಿ ಆದ ನಂತರ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಎರ್ರುಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿ ೧ ನಿಮಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹುರಿಯಬೇಕು. 
  • ಈಗ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕ್ಯಾರಟ್, ಕ್ಯಾಬೇಜ್, ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ, ಬೀನ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಹಸಿಬಟಾಣಿ ಹಾಕಿ ೫ ರಿಂದ ೭ ನಿಮಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹುರಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
  • ಈಗ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಉಪ್ಪು, ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ, ಅರಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ, ದನಿಯ ಪುಡಿ, ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಪುಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗರಂ ಮಸಾಲಾ ಪುಡಿ ಹಾಕಿ ೪ ರಿಂದ ೫ ನಿಮಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಫ್ರೈ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
  • ನಂತರ ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಹಾಕಿ ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ರೋಲ್ ನ ಒಲೆಗೆ ಹಾಕುವ ಕೂಟು ತಯಾರಾಯಿತು. 
  • ಈಗ ಚಪಾತಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಉಂಡೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ಲಟ್ಟಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
  • ನಂತರ ಅದರ ವೊಳಗೆ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ಹೂರ್ನ ಹಾಕಿ ಮಡಚಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
  • ಈಗ ಕರಿಯಲು ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಡಬೇಕು. ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಕಾದ ನಂತರ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಒಂದೇ ಹಾಕಿ ಕರಿದುಕೊಂಡರೆ ಚಪಾತಿ ರೋಲ್ ತಯಾರಾಗಿದೆ.

Kokum Rasam

Kokum Rasam Ingredients Required Kokum - 2 to 3 Jaggery - 2 tbsp Salt - as per the taste Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp whole red chillies - 3 to 4 oil - 1 tsp Water - 2 cups Curry Leaves - 4 to 5 Leaves Method of Preparation Soak kokum for 30 minutes as pre preparation. Take a pan, add oil and once oil is heated add mustard seeds and garlic. Wait until garlic changes its color to light brown and mustard splutters. Now add redchillies and curry leaves fry for 30 seconds. Now add kokum soaked water, add jaggery, salt and water then get them to boil. Once its boiled allow them to boil further till 7 to 8 min. Now Kokum rasam is ready. Note : Kokum rasam cane be served with hot rice or can also be drunk as a health drink.
