 Soupy Noodles | ಸೋಪಿ ನೂಡಲ್ಸ್  Soupy vegetable noodles is a great dinner recipe. This fills the stomach and also gives the feel of both soup and noodles with lots of vegetables. Ingredients Required Carrot - 1 cup Beans - 1 Cup Paneer - 1/2 Cup Green peas - 1/4 Cup Water - 25 cups Hakke Noodles - 150 gms ( for 3 people) Green chilli paste - 1/4 tsp Crushed ginger garlic - 2 tsp Black pepper powder - 1 tsp Salt - as per the taste Sugar - 1 Tsp Oil - 4 Tsp Method of preparation To a cooker add 10 cups of water, add salt and 1 tsp of oil. once the water is hot add noodles. Cook it for 2 whistles. Once cooker cools down, strain the excess water and keep it aside.  Fruit juice with carrot | ಫ್ರೂಟ್ ಜ್ಯೂಸು ವಿಥ್ ಕ್ಯಾರಟ್  Seasonal fruits are always refreshing. Making kids to have these in better and healthier way is by providing  it in form of juice. I have tried to add a hidden twist of carrot with apple and strawberry. Do try the recipe and share your feedback. Servings: 2 glass Ingredients Required Apple - 1 Strawberry - 1 or 2 Carrot - 1 small(or 1/2 carrot) Milk - 1 Glass Sugar - 2 Tsp Water - 1/2 glass Method of Preparation Peel the skin of carrot and apple. Cut strawberry, apple and carrot in to small pieces. To a Mixer jar add apples, strawberries and carrots.  Now add Water and sugar to it. Blend it to a smooth paste.  Carrot Halwa | ಕ್ಯಾರಟ್ ಹಲ್ವ  Carrot Halwa or carrot pudding is a delicious delicacy which can be prepared during the festival season. Hence winter is a season for carrots and also sweets are more favorite among all, this ia the best time to prepare carrot halwa. So to make use of the seasonal veggies i have shared an easy recipe of carrot halwa. Do try it and share your opinion. Ingredients required Grated (or finely chopped) Carrots - 2 Cups Ghee or Clarified Butter - 1/2 Cup Dryfruits of your choice - 1/4 cup Sugar - 3/4 Cup Milk - 1 Cup Cardamom powder - 2 Pinch Salt - 1 Pinch Method of Preparation To a pan add 1 tsp of ghee add dryfruits to it and fry then until they are roasted.
