 Soupy Noodles | ಸೋಪಿ ನೂಡಲ್ಸ್ 



Soupy vegetable noodles is a great dinner recipe. This fills the stomach and also gives the feel of both soup and noodles with lots of vegetables. This can be the best way to consume vegetables. Do try the recipe and share your opinion with us through comments.

Ingredients Required

  • Carrot - 1 cup
  • Beans - 1 Cup
  • Paneer - 1/2 Cup
  • Green peas - 1/4 Cup
  • Water - 25 cups
  • Hakke Noodles - 150 gms ( for 3 people)
  • Green chilli paste - 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed ginger garlic - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as per the taste
  • Sugar - 1 Tsp
  • Oil - 4 Tsp

Method of preparation

  • To a cooker add 10 cups of water, add salt and 1 tsp of oil. once the water is hot add noodles. Cook it for 2 whistles.
  • Once cooker cools down, strain the excess water and keep it aside.
  • Heat a pan add oil, to this add ginger garlic paste and saute for 20 seconds, now add green chilli paste and saute for another 20 seconds. Now add finely chopped carrots, finely chopped beans and green peas saute it well.
  • Add around 10 cups of water and salt to the  taste.
  • Close the lid and allow them to cook.
  • After around 7  minutes check the vegetables. if it is cooked then add paneer and black pepper powder.
  • after this cook it for another 5 minutes.
  • Now add cooked noodles and 5 glass of water.
  • Mix them well, close the lid and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Now tasty soupy noodles are ready to serve.

Tips

  • Instead of hakka noodles you can use wheat noodles or raggi noodles or multigrain noodles.
  • Any vegetables of your choice can be used.
  • It tastes better if noodles are over cooked.
  • Quantity of water may vary. You may need more or less water.

ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು 

  • ಕ್ಯಾರಟ್ - ೧ ಕಪ್ 
  • ಬೀನ್ಸ್ - ೧ ಕಪ್ 
  • ಪನೀರ್ - ೧/೨ ಕಪ್ 
  • ಬಟಾಣಿ - ೧/೪ ಕಪ್ 
  • ನೀರು - ೨೫ ಗ್ಲಾಸ್ 
  • ಹಕ್ಕ ನೂಡಲ್ಸ್ - ೧೫೦ ಗ್ರಾಮ್ಸ್ 
  • ಹಸಿ ಮೆಣಸು ಪೇಸ್ಟ್ - ೧/೪ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಜಜ್ಜಿರುವ ಶುಂಠಿ ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ ಪೇಸ್ಟ್ - ೨ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಮೆಣಸು / ಕಾಳು ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಉಪ್ಪು - ಸ್ವಾದನುಸಾರ 
  • ಸಕ್ಕರೆ - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಎಣ್ಣೆ - ೪ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 

ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ 

  • ಒಂದು ಕುಕ್ಕರ್ ಬಿಸಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ೧೦ ಗ್ಲಾಸ್ ನೀರು, ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ ಉಪ್ಪು ಹಾಗು  ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು. 
  • ಇನ್ನು ನೀರು ಬಿಸಿ ಯಾಗುತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ನೂಡಲ್ಸ್ ಹಾಕಿ ಕುಕ್ಕರ್ ಮುಚ್ಚಿ , ೨ ವಿಸ್ಲೆ ಬರಿಸಬೇಕು. 
  • ಇನ್ನು ಇದು ತಣಿದ ನಂತರ ನೂಡಲ್ಸ್ ಸೋಸಿ ಇಡಬೇಕು. 
  • ಒಂದು ಬಾಣಲೆ ಬಿಸಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ೨ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಶುಂಠಿ ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ ಪೇಸ್ಟ್ ಹಾಕಿ ೩೦ ಸೆಕೆಂಡುಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹುರಿಯಬೇಕು. 
  • ಇನ್ನು ಹಸಿ ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪೇಸ್ಟ್ ಹಾಕಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ೨೦ ಸೆಕೆಂಡುಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹುರಿಯಬೇಕು. 
  • ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಣ್ಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ಕ್ಯಾರಟ್, ಬೀನ್ಸ್ ಹಾಗು ಬಟಾಣಿ ಕಾಳು ಹಾಕಿ ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ನಂತರ ೧೦ ಕಪ್ ಆಗುವಷ್ಟು ನೀರು ಮತ್ತು ರುಚಿಗೆ ಉಪ್ಪು ಹಾಕಿ ೫ ರಿಂದ ೭ ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಬೇಯಲು ಬಿಡಬೇಕು. 
  • ನಂತರ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪನ್ನೇರ್ ಹಾಗು ಕಾಲು ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ೫ ನಿಮಿಷ ಬೇಯಿಸಬೇಕು. 
  • ಇನ್ನು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಯಿಸಿದ ನೂಡಲ್ಸ್ ಹಾಕಿ , ಅವಶ್ಯಕೆತೆಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನೀರು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪ್ಪು ಹಾಕಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬೆರೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
  • ನಂತರ ಇದನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ೫ ನಿಮಿಷ ಬೇಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಸೋಪಿ ನೂಡಲ್ಸ್ ತಯಾರಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
