Mango chutney। Mavinakayi chutney। ಮಾವಿನಕಾಯಿ ಚಟ್ನಿ Mavinkayi chutney or Raw mango chutney is a traditional dish. we can do this in mango season. The recipe here is our mother's recipe and it is very simple one. You can add onion, coriander leaves if required. In our household traditionaly this recipe is prepared without onion. If you add onion, strong taste and pungency of onion dominates the actual flavour and divine smell of raw mango.  Its very good to have with dosa and rice. Try it out and share your opinion with us.
