Mysore Pak । ಮೈಸೂರ್ ಪಾಕ್  Mother's Recipe is always favourite of any kid. This Recipe of mysore pak is my mother's Speciality. Mysore pak is a famous dessert of India. It is basically originated from Karnataka and it is traditional dish. In Karnataka it is originated in Mysore palace kitchen, so it is named as Mysore pak. Most of the people will prepare this dish for functions and special occasions . It is made up of ghee and gram flour. If your a sweet lover definitely you will like this dish. try it in home. Ingredients Required : Gram Flour - 1 cup Ghee - 1 and 1/2 cup Sugar - 1 and 1/2 cup Water - 1 glass Method of Preparation : Initially Take a pan fry Besan/ Gram Flour until raw smell disappears. Shift the Flour to a bowl. Now take same Pan and pour water to it. Once water is heated ( not boiled ), add sugar and mix well. You should boil it for 5 to 7 minutes.
