Coconut Rice । ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ತುರಿಯ ಅನ್ನ 


Those who are going to office no time to prepare breakfast ? Here You have one of the easiest recipe . Coconut rice is very simple and easy to prepare recipe. It can be a breakfast, Lunch or Dinner recipe. If you have cooked rice it hardly takes 10 minutes to prepare.  Coconut is very good for health it is rich in fiber, iron, potassium, magnesium, copper, phosphors and it also contains vitamin C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6.  Try it .

Ingredients required :

  • Cooked rice - 3 Cup (cook with salt)
  • Grated coconut - 1 cup
  • Cashew nut - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Red chili - 2
  • Urad dal - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Peanut - 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - 6 to 7 leaves
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - As per the taste
  • Onion - 1
  • split Green chili - 2 to 3

Method of Preparation : 

  • Initially take a pan , add oil to it. Once oil is heated add mustard seeds. 
  • Once its starts sputtering  add peanut, curry leaves, urad dal, red chili and fry for 30 seconds.
  • Now add onion, cashew nut and green chili,  fry for 1 minute.
  • Now add grated coconut, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • In this stage add cooked rice and mix well. Keep the gas in low flame and cook it for 1 minute.
  • Now coconut rice is ready to serve.

ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು :

  • ಅನ್ನ - ೩ ಕಪ್ (ಉಪ್ಪು ಹಾಕಿ ಬೇಯಿಸಿದ್ದು)
  • ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ತುರಿ - ೧ ಕಪ್ 
  • ಸಾಸಿವೆ - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಗೋಡಂಬಿ - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಕೆಂಪುಮೆಣಸು - ೨ ರಿಂದ  ೩
  • ಉದ್ದಿನಬೇಳೆ - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಎಣ್ಣೆ - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಕಡ್ಲೆ ಬೀಜ - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಕರಿಬೇವು - ೬ ರಿಂದ ೭ ಎಸಳು 
  • ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಉಪ್ಪು - ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು 
  • ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ - ೧
  • ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸು - ೨ ರಿಂದ ೩

 ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ : 

  • ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಬಾಣಲೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು. 
  • ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಕಾದ ನಂತರ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಸಿವೆ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು. ಸಾಸಿವೆ ಚಿಟಪಟ ಹೇಳುವಾಗ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಉದ್ದಿನಬೇಳೆ, ಕೆಂಪುಮೆಣಸು, ಕರಿಬೇವು, ಕಡ್ಲೆಬೀಜ, ಹಾಕಿ ೩೦ ಸೆಕೆಂಡುಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಫ್ರೈ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. 
  • ಈಗ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ, ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸು, ಗೋಡಂಬಿ ಹಾಕಿ ೧ ನಿಮಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಫ್ರೈ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. 
  • ನಂತರ ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ತುರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಹಾಕಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
  • ಈ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಯಿಸಿದ ಅನ್ನ ಹಾಕಿ, ಒಂದು ನಿಮಷಗಳ ಸಣ್ಣ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
  • ಈಗ ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ತುರಿಯ ಅನ್ನ ತಯಾರಾಗಿದೆ.
