Custard Cookie | ಕಸ್ಟರ್ಡ್ ಕುಕೀಸ್ Ingredients required : Butter - 100 gm Madia - 1 cup Sugar - 1 cup Custard powder - 1/2 cup Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 pinch Milk - 1 to 2 tsp (If required ) Method of Preparation : Initially take a bowl add butter and sugar, then whisk/ beat it well so that they should mix well. Now Sieve the maida, custard powder, cinnamon powder and salt to same bowl and mix well. Mix it with hand without much pressure. if required you can add milk to get soft dough. Make it to small sized ball shape and press it with fork gently to get shape. Place it in baking tray.  To bake it in oven preheat the oven for 8 min then keep the baking try in it and bake for 15 min in 180 degree celcius. Your Custard cookie is ready. To bake in gas, take a pan and  keep a wired rack on it, close the lid and allow it to heat for about 8 to 10 minutes. Keep the baking tray in pan and bake it for around 15 to 20 minutes. Bisibelebath Powder | ಬಿಸಿಬೇಳೆ ಬಾತ್ ಪೌಡರ್  Bisibele bath powder is a blend of few dals and aroma spices. This is used in famous dish called bisibelebath , which is a famous south indian dish. Preparation time : 20 minutes         Servings : 6 persons Ingredients Required: Urad dal - 1.5 tsp Channa dal - 1.5 tsp Roasted Bengal gram - 1.5 tsp Redchillies - 4 to 5 Cinnamon stick - 2 inches Kapok buds (Marathi moggu) - 3 to 4 Cloves - 1/4 tsp Methi seeds - 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds - 1 tsp Oil - 1 tsp Method of Preparation: Take a pan, add oil, once oil is hot add urad dal and channa dal, fry it for 30 seconds.  Add Roasted bengal gram to it and fry it further for 30 seconds. Due to high water content in ivygourd it helps to reduce constipation. Due to this its good for pregnant womens. This Palya is a mixture of ivygourd and cahew fried with spices and cooked with water.
