Tomato Gojju | Tomato Gravy | Easy side dish for idli, dosa, chapathi | Tomato curry | ಟೊಮೇಟೊ ಗೊಜ್ಜು

Tomato Gojju | ಟೊಮೇಟೊ  ಗೊಜ್ಜು  Tomato gojju is a traditional south indian side dish for idli and dosa. But it also goes well with chapathi. Best combination is with rava idli and appe's. This is a simple combination of tomato and rasam powder or sambhar powder with the nuttiness of sesame and groundnut. This can be pre prepared and stored in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Ingredients Required Tomato - 2 Onion - 1 Coriander leaves - 1 Tbsp Groundnut - 2 Tsp White Sesame seeds - 1 Tsp Water - As per the requirement Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tsp Jaggery - 1 Tsp Salt - As per the taste Oil - 1 Tsp Curry Leaves - 1 Tsp Rasam Powder / sambhar powder - 2 Tsp Method of preparation  Chop tomatoes to dices, onions and coriander leaves to fine pieces. To a pan add 2 cups of water, once water is hot add chopped tomatoes and cook them for 5 minutes or until tomatoes become softer. Heat another pan add groundnuts and roast them until they cracks.
