Vegetable rice bath is rice recipe. You can prepare this recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is a very simple and tasty recipe. You don't want to grind any ingredients for this. Those who are working you can prepare this recipe in the morning because much time is not required to prepare this recipe and you can carry same thing for lunch also. you don't want to prepare one more item for lunch. Ingredients Required :

  • Rice - 3/4 cup 
  • Water to cook - 1.5 cup
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Cinnamon Stick - 2 small pieces 
  • Cloves - 2
  • Salt - As per the taste 
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 
  • Green chili - 2
  • Carrot - 1
  • Beans - 5 to 6
  • Potato - 1
  • Green pieces - 1/2 cup
  • Water to cook vegetables - 3 to 4 glass 
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind extract - 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp

Method of preparation :

  • Initially wash the rice and cook it with species.
  • Now take a pan, add oil it. Once oil is heated add species, onion and green chili fry for a minute.
  • Now add carrot, beans, potato and green peas and fry for a minute.
  • Now add turmeric powder, garam masala powder and tamarind extract and cook for 5 minutes. 
  • After 5 minutes add water and cook for 10 to 15 min or till water evaporates.
  • Now add tomato ketchup, grated coconut, cooked rice and coriander leaves. Mix them well.
  • Now vegetable rice bath is ready.
