Vitamin soppu tambuli is a very traditional recipe. As name indicates it is very rich in vitamin content, this vitamin leaves you wont get in market. If you go to rural area's you will get this leaves. You can get its stem and you can put in pot. it will come very nicely. This tambuli recipe is from our older generation. some people will do in other method also. But this is very health recipe. It is very rich in phenolic compounds, carotenoids, antioxidant vitamins, and minerals. this  leaves also contain most of the essential minerals, including sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, copper, zinc, manganese, and cobalt.It is also very good for weight loss. You can replace vitamin leaves by other leaves also like palak, coriander leaves etc, Try this recipe. It is very good for health. It is good to have with rice. 

Ingredients Required :

  • Vitamin Leaves - 1 cup
  • Red chili - 2
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp for frying + 1 tsp for tadka 
  • Grated coconut - 1 cup
  • Curd / Butter milk - 1 big glass
  • Salt - As per the taste
  • Water - As per the requirement
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

Method of Preparation : 

  • Initially take a pan, add oil to it.
  • Once oil is heated add red chili and cumin seeds, fry it for 30 seconds.
  • Now add vitamin leaves and fry for 30 seconds. 
  • Next add grated coconut and fry for 30 seconds.
  • Now grind all the ingredients, make a fine paste using water.
  • Shift the mixture to a bowl, then add curd or butter milk and salt, mix them well.
  • Your tambuli is ready. Now will prepare a tadka
  • Take a pan add oil to it, once oil is heated add mustard seeds and curry leaves, fry until mustard seeds sputters. 
  • Shift it to a tambuli mixture. Now your Vitamin soppu tambuli is ready to serve. 

ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು :

  • ವಿಟಮಿನ್ ಸೊಪ್ಪು - ೧ ಕಪ್ 
  • ಕೆಂಪುಮೆಣಸು - ೨
  • ಜೀರಿಗೆ - ೧/೨ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಎಣ್ಣೆ - ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ ಫ್ರೈ ಮಾಡಲು + ೧ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ ಒಗ್ಗರಣೆಗೆ 
  • ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ತುರಿ - ೧ ಕಪ್ 
  • ಮೊಸರು / ಮಜ್ಜಿಗೆ - ೧ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಗ್ಲಾಸ್ 
  • ಉಪ್ಪು - ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು 
  • ನೀರು - ಬೇಕಾದಷ್ಟು 
  • ಸಾಸಿವೆ - ೧/೨ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 

ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ : 

  • ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಪಾನ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು. 
  • ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಬಿಸಿ ಆದ ನಂತರ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೆಂಪುಮೆಣಸು ಮತ್ತು ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ೩೦ ಸೆಕೆಂಡುಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹುರಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. 
  • ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಈಗ ವಿಟಮಿನ್ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಹಾಕಿ ೩೦ ಸೆಕೆಂಡುಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹುರಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. 
  • ನಂತರ ಕೊಬ್ಬರಿ ತುರಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ೩೦ ಸೆಕೆಂಡುಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹುರಿದು ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಆಫ್ ಮಾಡಿ. 
  • ಈಗ ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಜಾರ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹುರಿದ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ, ನೀರು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ನುಣ್ಣಗೆ ರುಬ್ಬಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
  • ನಂತರ ರುಬ್ಬಿದ ಮಿಶ್ರಣವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಪಾತ್ರೆಗೆ ಶಿಫ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊಸರು ಅಥವಾ ಮಜ್ಜಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪ್ಪು ಹಾಕಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಈಗ ನಿಮ್ಮತಂಬುಳಿ ತಯಾರಾಗಿದೆ. 
  • ಒಗ್ಗರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಒಂದು ಪಾನ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹಾಕಿ, ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಬಿಸಿ ಆದ ನಂತರ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಸಿವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಎಲೆ ಹಾಕಿ, ಸಾಸಿವೆ ಚಿಟ ಪಟ ಹೇಳುವ ತನಕ ಹುರಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. 
  • ಅದನ್ನು ತಂಬುಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಟಮಿನ್ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ತಂಬುಳಿ ತಯಾರಾಗಿದೆ.
