Orange tea is a combination of cinnamon, Orange and ginger. Here we use whole orange with peel. Orange peel has lots of health benefits. Consumption of orange is more beneficial when you have it with its peel. Histamine is a chemical which causes allergic reaction such as sneezing. Orange peel prevents the release of histamine. Ginger has anti inflammatory property helps to reduce allergy symptoms. Ginger and its active components helps to smooth airway muscles by modulating intracellular calcium in airway smooth muscle. Honey helps to reduces the mucus secretion. And relives from cough and reduces airway inflammation, it has antibacterial property and property to fight against few viruses. Cinnamon plays an immense role to improve your immunity.
 
Orange Tea helps to relive stress, and it improves the sleep quality. Orange Tea is best solution  to improve the sleep quality.  If this tea is taken before 30 minutes of bedtime, for 3 months, it helps to improve sleep quality. 

Orange Tea is also more advisable if you are in weight loss journey. It can provide you better benefit even if it used with tea powder. But in that case you have to have it without honey. Cinnamon and Ginger plays an immense role to improve your immunity. Ayurveda says that if you provide ginger juice with honey atleast 3 days in a week to kids above 1 year, it helps to boost their immunity and I have experienced it with my kid. 

Orange acts as anti-oxidant. It is the best immunity booster in terms of respiratory and digestive system. If your child is having too much of indigestion, its best to give them one or two piece of orange, it helps a lot. Especially during travel, to avoid nausea for kid or elder, its better to have orange. 


Ingredients Required :       Serving : 2 Glasses of Orange Tea

  • Orange With Peel - 1 Full Orange
  • Ginger - 1 Inch (Grate/ Crush)
  • Cinnamon - 2 Inch
  • Honey - 2 tsp (optional)
  • Water - 2 Glasses


Method of Preparation:


  • To a pan, add water, once it is hot add Cinnamon, Orange slices with peel and grated ginger.
  • Mix it , Do not squeeze.
  • Allow it to Boil, after first oil, boil to 5 to 7 minutes, switch off the flame.
  • Now strain it and add Honey to it.
  • Healthy Orange Tea is ready to serve. Consume it atleast 3 times in a week for atleast 3 months for better results.

ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು :

  • ಕಿತ್ತಳೆ ಹಣ್ಣು ಸಿಪ್ಪೆ ಸಮೇತ - ಒಂದು 
  • ಶುಂಠಿ - ೧ ಇಂಚು 
  • ಚಕ್ಕೆ - ೨ ಇಂಚು 
  • ಜೇನು - ೨ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 
  • ನೀರು - ೨ ಗ್ಲಾಸ್ 
ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ :

  • ಒಂದು ಪಾತ್ರೆಗೆ ನೀರು ಹಾಕಿ ಅದು ಬಿಸಿ ಆದಾಗ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಚಕ್ಕೆ, ಕಿತ್ತಳೆ ಹಣ್ಣು (ತುಂಡು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು), ತುರಿದಿರುವ ಶುಂಠಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಕಲಸಬೇಕು. 
  • ಇನ್ನು ಇದನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಬಿಡಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ಕುಡಿ ಬಂದ  ಮೇಲೆ ೫ ರಿಂದ ೭ ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕುಡಿಸಿ ನಂತರ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಆಫ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. 
  • ಇನ್ನು ಇದನ್ನು ಸೋಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಜೇನನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರವಾದ ಕಿತ್ತಳೆಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಚಹಾ ತಯಾರಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

Bisibelebath Powder | ಬಿಸಿಬೇಳೆ ಬಾತ್ ಪೌಡರ್  Bisibele bath powder is a blend of few dals and aroma spices. This is used in famous dish called bisibelebath , which is a famous south indian dish.
