Dry Fruit Laddoo । ಡ್ರೈ ಫ್ರೂಟ್ ಲಡ್ಡು 


DO you have fuzzy eaters? Or is it difficult to make your kids to have dryfruits? Then try this recipe. Some times kids or any other aged person is not ready to have any particular dry fruit which is healthy, so you can make dry fruit laddoo and they will eat without getting to know that their hatest dry fruit is added to it. Dry fruits laddoo is a very healthy and nutrient snacks for all age grouped people. It is very good for weight loss.  Dry fruits will increase your immunity, vitamin levels and it contains good fiber too. So lets try the recipe. 

Ingredients Required :

  • Almond -  1/2 cup
  • Cashew - 2.5 tbsp
  • Melon seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Walnut - 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Dates - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 3 to 4 tsp

Method of Preparation :

  • Initially take a pan heat it, add almonds, fry it for 1 minutes in low flame and shift it to one plate.
  • Now to the same pan add cashew, fry it for 30 seconds and transfer to same plate
  • Add melon seeds to pan, fry it for 20 seconds and transfer to same plate.
  • Similarly take a walnut or any other dry fruits you have fry it for 30 seconds and transfer it to same plate.
  • Now take a poppy seeds fry it up to splutters and transfer to same plate.
  • Allow all these mixture to cool down.
  • Meanwhile add ghee to the same pan and fry dates for a minute and keep side.
  • Once all the dry fruits ingredients cooled down, grind the dry fruits ingredients except dates to powder form.
  • Next grind the dates separately.
  • Now mix dates and other dry fruits ingredients make a ball size using a ghee.
  • Now your healthy dry fruits laddoo is ready.

Note: Any other dryfruits can also be added. Dates can be added more if more sweetness is required. You can also add honey to increase sweetness. Fry all dryfruits just to remove the moisture in it. If you are adding dry grapes, add it as it is.


ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು :

  • ಬಾದಾಮಿ - ೧/೨ ಕಪ್ 
  • ಗೋಡಂಬಿ - ೨.೫ ಟೇಬಲ್ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಕರಬೂಜ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಬೀಜ - ೧ ಟೇಬಲ್ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಆಕ್ರೊಡು - ೧ ಟೇಬಲ್ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಗಸಗಸೆ - ೧ ಟೇಬಲ್ ಚಮಚ 
  • ಖರ್ಜುರ - ೧ ಕಪ್ 
  • ತುಪ್ಪ - ೩ ರಿಂದ ೪ ಟೀ ಚಮಚ 

ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ :

  • ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ತವ  ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಸಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ತವ ಬಿಸಿ ಆದ ನಂತರ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾದಾಮಿ ಹಾಕಿ ೧ ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹುರಿಯಬೇಕು. ಈಗ ಅದನ್ನು ಒಂದು ತಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು. 
  • ಅದೇ ತವಕ್ಕೆ ಗೋಡಂಬಿ ಹಾಕಿ ೩೦ಸೆಕೆಂಡುಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹುರಿದು ಅದೇ ತಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು. 
  • ಈಗ ಕರಬೂಜ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಬೀಜ, ಆಕ್ರೋಡು, ಗಸಗಸೆಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾಗಿ ಅದೇ ತವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ೨೦ ರಿಂದ ೩೦ ಸೆಕೆಂಡುಗಳ  ಹುರಿದು ಅದೇ ತಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು. 
  • ಈಗ ಅದನ್ನು ತಣಿಯಲು ಬಿಡಬೇಕು. 
  • ಈಗ ತವಕ್ಕೆ ತುಪ್ಪ ಹಾಕಿ ಖರ್ಜುರವನ್ನು ೧ ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹುರಿಯಬೇಕು ನಂತರ ಅದನ್ನು ಬೇರೆ ತಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಣಿಯಲು ಬಿಡಬೇಕು. 
  • ನಂತರ ಖರ್ಜುರ ಒಂದು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಬೇರೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಹುರಿದ  ಡ್ರೈ ಫ್ರೂಟ್ ಅನ್ನು  ನುಣ್ಣಗೆ ಪುಡಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
  • ಈಗ ಖರ್ಜುರವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನುಣ್ಣಗೆ ಪುಡಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. 
  • ನಂತರ ಪುಡಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಡ್ರೈ ಫ್ರೂಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ತುಪ್ಪ ಬಳಸಿ ಚೆಂಡಿನಾಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಡೆ  ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಡ್ರೈ ಫ್ರೂಟ್ ಲಡ್ಡು ತಯಾರಾಗಿದೆ.

Kokum Rasam

Kokum Rasam Ingredients Required Kokum - 2 to 3 Jaggery - 2 tbsp Salt - as per the taste Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp whole red chillies - 3 to 4 oil - 1 tsp Water - 2 cups Curry Leaves - 4 to 5 Leaves Method of Preparation Soak kokum for 30 minutes as pre preparation. Take a pan, add oil and once oil is heated add mustard seeds and garlic. Wait until garlic changes its color to light brown and mustard splutters. Now add redchillies and curry leaves fry for 30 seconds. Now add kokum soaked water, add jaggery, salt and water then get them to boil. Once its boiled allow them to boil further till 7 to 8 min. Now Kokum rasam is ready. Note : Kokum rasam cane be served with hot rice or can also be drunk as a health drink.
