Cabbage Palya | Cabbage curry | Cabbage thoran | ಕ್ಯಾಬೇಜ್ ಪಲ್ಯ  Cabbage palya is a very easy and quick recipe. You all know that vegetables are very good for health. Even this cabbage is also very good to keep bad cholesterol low and it's very good to keep your stomach and intestine strong. If you eat this little it fills your stomach very soon. try this at home.  Ingredients Required : Cabbage - 2 cup Oil - 2 tsp Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Red chili - 2 Curry leaves -  1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/ 4 tsp Jaggery - 3/4 tsp Salt - As per the taste  Water - As per the requirement Grated coconut - 2 tbsp Method of Preparation : Initially take a pan, add oil to it. Once the oil is heated add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, red chili fry for 30 seconds.
