 Raagi Cookies | Raagi Biscuits | ರಾಗಿ ಬಿಸ್ಕತ್ । ರಾಗಿ ಕುಕೀಸ್  Better way of having healthy food is preparing it in the way you like. Raagi is a healthy grain, but many doesn't like it, especially kids. So, raagi cookie is the best way to have it and also make kids to have it. So do try it and share your opinion. Ingredients Required Raagi flour - 1 Cup Wheat flour - 1/4 Cup Ghee - 1/4 Cup Sugar Powder - 1/3 Cup Salt - 2 Pinch Coco powder - 1 Tsp Butterscotch / Vanilla Essence - 1/2 Tsp (Optional) Milk - 2 Tsp (Optional) Method of Preparation Sieve raagi flour, wheat flour and sugar powder. To a bowl add sugar powder and ghee, beat it (whisk it) to a creamy texture. To this creamy texture add salt and coco powder, mix it well. Now add Raagi flour and wheat flour to this mixture and combine well to form a cookie dough. If required add some milk to form a perfect dough. Preheat a pan for 10 minutes in medium flame. Grease a plate with ghee. Place small cookie sized ball on them. place
