Veg Cutlet | ತರಕಾರಿ ಕಟ್ಲೇಟ್  Vegetable cutlet is a very famous street food as well as restaurant food of India. Vegetable cutlet is prepared in different ways. Every house hold has its own recipe of Vegetable cutlet based on their families taste. Multiple varieties of vegetables can be added to this recipe based on the availability of vegetables. If you have fuzzy eaters at home, then this can be the best recipe incorporate Vegetables. Cutlet can be the best snack to be served in the evening, as well as in parties. Vegetable cutlet can also be shallow fried to make it more healthier . Hence this recipe doesn’t include any onion or garlic, this can also be consumed during vrat. For binding, Rice flour also can be used instead of cornflour and maida to make it more healthier. Ingredients required :  Boiled Potato - 2 Grated Carrot - 1  Green piece - 1 tbsp Sweet Corn - 1 tbsp Chopped ginger -  1 inch Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Chat masala - 1 tsp

Dahi vada | Curd vada | ದಹಿ ವಡ । ಮೋಸರ್ ವಡ Dahi vada is a type of chat food. It is famous street food of north India. But vada is famous dish of south Indian. Dahi vada is basically combination of urad dal and curd. Dahi vada is served with different combination of masala's in different regions.      Ingredients required : Urad dal - 1 cup  (should soak for 3 to 4 hours in water ) Green chilli - 2 to 3 Ginger - 1 inch Curd - 1 cup Cumin powder - 1 tsp Salt - As per the taste Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp Chat masala - 1 tsp Chili powder - 1 tsp Water - As per you requirement Oil - deep fry   Method of Preparation : Soak the urad dal for 3 to 4 hours in water. Take a boil and add curd to it , beat the curd for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water to adjust the consistency.
